DEMISTER®
Mist Eliminators from Koch-Otto York™ are porous blankets of knitted
metal or plastic wire mesh custom-designed for a client's specific
application. These mist eliminators collect essentially 100% of all
liquid particles 2 to 5 microns in diameter, depending on design
parameters. They are also offered as liquid/liquid coalescers.
Available in virtually any size or shape,
in a broad range of metals or plastics, individual styles of DEMISTER
Mist Eliminators can be supplied to meet specific customer needs.

FLEXIFIBER® Mist Eliminators consist of a packed fiber bed between either two concentric screens or two flat parallel screens. Depending upon design parameters, these mist eliminators collect up to 99.95% or greater of all submicron liquid particles. FLEXIFIBER Mist Eliminator elements are also offered as liquid/liquid coalescers.
FLEXIFIBER Mist Eliminators are custom-designed and fabricated with cages made from a wide variety of metal alloys, plastics or FRP. The packed fiber beds are made of special glass, ceramic, polypropylene, PTFE or polyester fiber.

Mist Eliminators are baffle or zigzag blade modules tailored for
either vertical or horizontal flow installations. These mist
eliminators collect essentially 100% of all particles greater than 8
to 40 microns in diameter, depending on design parameters.
